I was blessed to travel to Kenya in early 2020—before the pandemic—and see, first-hand, the incredible work being done by Pastor Francis Bii and the Pastors of the over 250 churches he has planted (under the support and supervision of Christian Relief Fund—CRF).
I was blessed to travel to Kenya in early 2020—before the pandemic—and see, first-hand, the incredible work being done by Pastor Francis Bii and the Pastors of the over 250 churches he has planted (under the support and supervision of Christian Relief Fund—CRF).
While in Kenya, serving with some of the hundreds of Pastors, I felt the call of God to help them acquire a facility they could use to train the Pastors they have and students who will be future pastors. When I was there to help train Pastors, they had no place to stay (they slept on the floor of the church building) and I found out that they had no official and centrally-located place where they could be trained.
With a passion to help establish a Bible College in Eldoret, Kenya, I lead an effort during the Winter of 2022 to raise funds and we saw God do a mighty work as we raised $65,800 to establish The Journey Christian Institute.
My family and I were honored to be at the Dedication of Journey Christian Institute and to Speak at the First Commencement service in January of 2023.
Journey Christian Institute is now training and housing about 30 Men and Women who are training for ministry, but they are in desperate need of more space for classes and housing, so we are building them an Educational Facility.
The new educational building for Journey Christian Institute will cost about $140,000 to build. The people of Journey Christian Church have already giving and pledged $33,000.
