Reagan’s mother abandoned him and father’s substance use has impacted his health and limits his ability to provide for the family. Reagan now lives with his grandmother, who also cares for ten other children. His grandmother is older and unable to properly meet the needs of the children. Education is Reagan's best hope to break the cycle of poverty.
