Nazly dreams of becoming a doctor, but she doesn't have the funds to stay in school. Her father is not in her life. Her mother cannot find consistent work. They never have enough food, and there is no money to send Nazly and her brother to school. Education is Nazly’s only hope to break free from the vicious cycle of poverty she has always known.
