Memcan lives with his parents and sister on a small farm. His father is a small-scale farmer, but harsh weather makes it difficult to grow enough food for the family. His mother stays home to care for the household. Memcan’s parents struggle to meet the basic needs of their family. Education is Memcan's best hope a brighter future.
