Lian is growing up in difficult circumstances. His father abandoned the family before he was born. His single mother has no regular job, so her income is inconsistent. They live in a small house in a rural area of Honduras. Lian is a growing boy who desperately needs better nutrition to stay healthy. Lian truly needs a helping hand.
