Laurine comes from a family of 22 children. There is not enough money for their food and clothing, let alone for the costs for Laurine to attend high school. She dropped out of school at eighth grade. Laurine's mother searches for odd jobs each day in hopes of raising enough money to send her daughter to school, but she needs a helping hand.
