Josias lives in a poor neighborhood in Leon, Nicaragua. His father makes very little and struggles to provide for their family of four. He was born prematurely and continues to face respiratory challenges. Their limited resources make it difficult to meet his needs. There is also no money to pay for Josias' school fees and supplies. This young boy feels trapped in extreme poverty.
