Joshua has both parents, but he has lived with his grandmother since he was very young. His father works with livestock, but he earns very little. His mother is a street vendor of charcoal, but she also earns very little. Joshua is a well-behaved boy who enjoys learning and doing his best in school. Education is Joshua's best hope for a future filled with possibility.
