Life in the slums is so difficult for Jemimah and her family. Her parents cannot find regular work. They often eat only one meal per day. Jemimah has never had running water or electricity in her home. Her bathroom is an outhouse and her family cooks their meals over a coal pot outdoors. They need support to send Jemimah to school.
