Jazmin dreams of becoming a doctor or a teacher when she grows up. She lives in a one-room concrete shack with her parents and two siblings. Her parents struggle to afford the basic necessities. They often eat only one or two meals per day. Education is Jazmin’s only hope to break free from the vicious cycle of poverty she has always known.
