Gift is the youngest of five children. His father is a motorbike taxi driver, but his earnings are unstable. His mother is a street vendor who earns very little. Together, his parents struggle to provide consistent meals, and many times the children go without enough to eat. Education is Gift's best hope for a brighter future.
