George lives in a tiny concrete shack in the impoverished slums in Kampla, Uganda. His family has never had electricity, running water, or even an indoor kitchen. His parents are unable to find consistent work. George has only known generations of hunger and desperation, but he dreams of one day finishing school and making a better future for herself.
