Eve’s father is a day laborer who carries packages and loads them onto lorries. His work is irregular, making it difficult for him to provide consistently for the family. Eve’s mother has no formal education or trade and manages the household as best as she can. Eve’s parents struggle to provide more than one meal a day for their family. Educaiton is Eve's opportunity to thrive.
