Elvis lives with his father and siblings, but life at home is very difficult. His father has very limited resources and works as a subsistence farmer, but due to harsh weather conditions he can scarcely feed his family and does not have enough to sell. Most nights his family goes to bed hungry. Education is Elvis's only hope to break free from the cycle of poverty.
