David’s life is filled with hardship and loss. His father passed away a few years ago due to health complications caused by heavy smoking and alcohol use, leaving his mother Dorothy to care for their family on her own. David has three siblings, Lukas, Luice, and Denis and they all attend Alara Orphan’s Day School.  Education is David's only hope to break free from the cycle of poverty.
