Life is difficult for Abdias and his family. His father is a brick maker, so his income is inconsistent. They live in a small concrete house in a poor neighborhood. They never have enough food, and there is no money to send Abdias to school. Education is Abdias’ only hope to break free from the vicious cycle of poverty he has always known.
