Emmanuel's parents divorced when he was young and his father abandoned them. His mother is a single parent who looks for odd jobs wherever she can find them in the Kipkaren slum. Even a single day's meal can be rare for this struggling family. Emmanuel has three siblings. They live in poor conditions and truly need a helping hand.
